On June 27th, Infuseweb ceased hosting of web site files for shared and reseller hosting along with Virtual Private Server hosting. Some services will remain operational. Please see below for more information.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION:
Domain Name Registration services are NOT being discontinued at this time. All domain registration services are still fully available through the same means as before. To manage a domain name you registered with Infuseweb, please visit one of the following (depending on where you registered):
WEB HOSTING, RESELLER HOSTING, VPS SERVICES:
All Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Virtual Private Servers have been discontinued. This means all customer web sites, email, and databases hosted with Infuseweb are no longer accessible.
Infuseweb's online web store is still open at http://store.infuseweb.com
WHAT TO DO IF YOU DIDN'T DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES IN TIME?:
Per the original closure message below and numerous customer emails throughout the month of June, customers were asked to download their files or risk losing them when the shutdown occurs on June 27th.
It may be possible to recover files but there is no guarantee. IF they are recoverable there will be a fee of $150 USD to recover whatever files we may still have. This is to account for the significant labor involved in rebuilding and bringing all the required systems back online temporarily, searching through all the backups to look for your files, and cover the time and effort to transfer and package them in a location you can retreive them. It is a very time-consuming process.
Please open a support ticket at https://support.infuseweb.com to see if we can restore your files. Please DO NOT CALL.
NOTE: This opportunity will only be available for a limited time.

IMPORTANT CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT
With regret, Infuseweb will no longer be able to continue providing hosting services after June 27th, 2015. Notice has been sent out by E-mail to all customers with a current email on file with further instructions.
What Will Be Discontinued?
All Shared, Reseller, and VPS hosting options will be discontinued permanently and all files purged after this date.
What Will Remain Active?
Domain Name Registration services will continue for the time-being through the support portal at https://support.infuseweb.com or http://www.infusewebdomains.com (depending on where you registered your domain name).
The online store at http://store.infuseweb.com will also remain open.
I am a Current Hosted Customer. What Do I Need To Do?
If you currently have hosting services with Infuseweb, please migrate all of your files and sites to another host before June 27th.
The following hosts are recommended based on their positive reviews. However, we accept no responsibility for the actions or service quality of any of these hosts if you choose to use them.
Reasons for closure have been explained in the email sent to customers.
What About Support?
Up until June 27th, you may use the Infuseweb Support System to open a ticket if you need assistance or have questions backing up your files. Phone availability will be very limited during this month as the process of shutdown starts. After June 27th, only support for Domain Registration will remain available.
