Our primary method of handling support issues is by Support Ticket. This allows us to track and prioritize open issues to resolution. Therefore, we ask that you first submit a support ticket using our online support system to resolve any technical support issues. Support tickets can be submitted 24x7x365.
Response time is generally less than 3-4 hours during business hours and less than 12 hours after business hours. On weekends and holidays please allow up to 24 hours for non-critical responses.
