Customer Login Information
To log into the various services in your hosting plan, please use the following web site addresses, substituting yourdomain.com with the domain you wish to manage. Unless otherwise noted, these URL's will work for both Linux and Windows hosting.
Example: If your domain is www.abcdefg.com then to access webmail go to http://webmail.abcdefg.com.
Support/Billing System
To manage all aspects of your Infuseweb billing, use this link. You can modify your contact information, pay your invoices, add or remove plans and services, and manage support tickets.
Control Panel Login
Use this login to manage your web site hosting using our control panel software (such as Helm or cPanel). Here you can manage your web sites, set up e-mail accounts, manage databases, etc. Control Panel login information was sent to you in your welcome e-mail.

If you are not using Infuseweb's DNS servers and/or have not configured the appropriate DNS records, or you have recently registered/transferred your domain name then this URL mayl not work yet. If this is the case, please try logging into the following server:
- HELM (Windows) - https://cp.infuseweb.com
- CPanel (Linux) - See the signup e-mail you received containing the correct login URL
Webmail Login
You can access your e-mail online with our webmail using the following URL. To log in here, you first need to set up e-mail accounts at the Control Panel link above.
- http://mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your domain name)
If you are not using Infuseweb's DNS servers and/or have not configured the appropriate DNS records, or you have recently registered/transferred your domain name then this URL mayl not work yet. If this is the case, please try logging into one of the following webmail servers:
- Windows Mail Server 1 - https://webmail.infuseweb.com
- Windows Mail Server 2 - https://webmail2.infuseweb.com
If you are unable to log in with your account info on Mail Server 1, try Mail Server 2.
Stats Login
You can manage your detailed web site Statistics using the following URL. First you need to enable web site statistics from within the Control Panel link above.
- http://stats.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your domain name)
If you are not using Infuseweb's DNS servers and/or have not configured the appropriate DNS records, or you have recently registered/transferred your domain name then this URL mayl not work yet. If this is the case, please try logging into the following server:
Database Login
If you have set up a MS SQL or MySQL database at the Control Panel link above, you can use this link to manage those databases online.
