Once you sign up with us, if you're not satisfied with our service just let us know within 30 days of your signup date and we'll refund your money (less any setup charges). TERMS: You must use our cancellation form to request a cancellation or we may not honor your request. This will ensure we receive your request immediately. You must request cancellation of your account on or prior to the 30th day after you signed up with us to receive a full refund. We will notify you once we receive your request and will cancel your account immediately. We will credit you back using the method you signed up with within 7-14 days. If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation from us, or a refund within 30 days, please contact billing and we will investigate the matter immediately.
